Can I cancel my plan?+
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and run to the end of the current billing period. Prepaid 6-month and annual plans are non-refundable but you keep all features for the full term.
How are leads delivered?+
Each enquiry submitted via your listing's lead form is delivered in real-time to your inbox and your advertiser dashboard.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term.
Is VAT included?+
All prices are exclusive of VAT. UK-registered businesses will be charged 20% VAT at checkout. Valid VAT invoices are issued automatically.
