Eight revenue streams, one professional service

Kitchen repairs (scratches, chips, burns and water damage to worktops and cabinet doors), bathroom repairs (chipped baths, cracked tiles, damaged shower trays), flooring repairs (hardwood, laminate, vinyl and stone), uPVC repairs to windows, doors and frames, furniture and antique restoration, marble and natural stone repair and re-polishing, full resprays of kitchens, uPVC, cladding and furniture, and commercial and construction work including snagging, void turnarounds and defect repairs.

Training and support

Every franchisee completes a 5-day intensive hands-on training course covering kitchen, bath, floor, uPVC and stone repair fundamentals, colour theory and blending, advanced residential repairs, commercial and site protocols, resprays and specialist finishes, and business systems. That is followed by two extra intensive days of marble and quartz worktop training — the highest-margin work in the network.

After launch week, you get a coached 90-day ramp with weekly 1:1 calls, live-job support, quoting reviews and pricing clinics, then ongoing national support: quarterly conferences, technical updates, commercial account introductions, upsell coaching and help recruiting technicians as you scale.

Territory availability

Territories are mapped by postcode and granted on an exclusive basis. Once a territory is placed it is closed to further applicants. Availability currently spans the South West, East Midlands, Yorkshire, the North East, Scotland (Central Belt) and South Wales, with limited availability across London, the Home Counties, Thames Valley, the South Coast, Bristol & Bath, the West Midlands and the North West.
