About us

Our artisan donuts are handmade and delivered to your store ready to be decorated, displayed and sold. Our team of chefs uses our unique donutterie baking process and sources the finest natural ingredients to craft our signature range.

Dum Dum Donuts are the world's first artisan baked donut and croissant donut brand — made with only natural ingredients, beautifully baked (not fried). Founded by artisan donut chef Paul Hurley after 20 years' experience in the donut industry.

Product range

We use the very best cooking technology to control ingredients rather than simply floating product in oil. Dum Dum donuts are significantly lower in fat than competitors thanks to our traditional patisserie-based baking process — so unique it's patented in Europe and the US.

Our flavours include Creme Brulee, Boston Creme, The Donuttelo and our signature cro, "The Zebra" — layers of croissant and chocolate croissant dough, filled with chocolate buttercream and topped with chocolate ganache.
