Your Role as a Franchisee

As a Code Ninjas franchisee, you are a community leader and business manager. You don't need to be a computer programmer to succeed. Your primary focus will be on building your team of 'Senseis', engaging with parents, and marketing your centre within the local community. You will oversee the daily operations of your Dojo, ensuring a safe, fun, and inspiring environment for your students.
