Your Role as a Franchisee

The franchise is particularly well-suited for business partnerships—typically combining one commercially-minded partner with one "people-person." While you will be responsible for the strategic growth and management of the business, you do not need prior social care experience. By employing a Registered Manager to oversee the care delivery, you can focus on scaling your territory and upholding the brand's reputation for quality.
