Your Role As a franchisee you will recruit and manage a team of professional, passionate Senior Carers & Carers, ensuring they consistently deliver the exceptional levels of care to each and every client. You will be leading, motivating and organising your team on a daily basis. Our business operates 365 days a year, often requiring long hours. You must be highly organised and willing to follow our systems, processes and compliance standards and use our technologies. Business development to promote the business in your local community will also be an essential part of your responsibilities.
