Aegis Care Solutions is a dedicated Care at Home business (Domiciliary Care) providing person-cantered care at home in the local community. Based in Leeds, Aegis Care also delivers home care services in Wakefield, York, North Yorkshire, and the surrounding areas. Your Role As a franchisee you will recruit and manage a team of professional, passionate Senior Carers & Carers, ensuring they consistently deliver the exceptional levels of care to each and every client. You will be leading, motivating and organising your team on a daily basis. Our business operates 365 days a year, often requiring long hours. You must be highly organised and willing to follow our systems, processes and compliance standards and use our technologies. Business development to promote the business in your local community will also be an essential part of your responsibilities. It’s hard work but hugely rewarding – both personally and financially for committed, focused franchisees.
